Bill Russell had a 50"+ vertical, he jumped over a guy in college and had his shoulder well above the rim.
Don't believe it in all of recorded nba history the only center to ever have a 40+ inch vertical was miles plumlee (look it up) even dwight howard only had a 39 inch if you told me wilt or Russell had a 40+ inch vertical I might let it slide but you're telling me that the only 2 centers besides plumlee to have big verticals just happened to both play in the same Era right before verts were measured, sure. Don't believe those old head stories.

I have only watched 17 seconds of this video before pausing to put this comment. I don't know if this team is going to be on the list but the all defensive team is going to win. He can put up the best shooting team. It doesn't matter they won't be able to shoot that will against a team of prime perimeter Defenders plus the all-defensive team will score more than enough points.
