Agreed, at 9:50 he is saying the hook is heat treated then trimmed using exact dies. No, the hook is trimmed then heat treated. Exact dies, then shows someone using an oxy torch. At least get the script right please.
Its a computer program analysing the video image. Pretty much no editing. The AI software is fed the video content and the analysis is spoken as per.

That is fundamenttaly why, English, is the most spoken tongue in the world.
