  • A systematic approach is crucial for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning in patients with thoracolumbar spine injuries. In this lecture, Dr. Raniga will provide an overview of a systematic search pattern (with emphasis on the most widely used classification system in spine trauma), address common injuries in this region, and review the role of CT in the evaluation of spine trauma. He’ll also walk through how the findings on CT can guide treatment decisions and prognosis, and will address possible challenges and limitations of CT in certain scenarios.
