Buy a product called avery dennison cleaner it breaks down the glue immediately, you get a pink version and a blue version.
Thanks for the tip Robert, I'll definitely get it... is the blue or pink version better than the other?
Im in signage so we use the pink one as a panel wipe and degreaser and it will break down small amounts of glue from vinyl applications.
The blue one is the one for windows like you were working on your blade will glide through it once applied and will cut the time down massively! It is however a little stronger, both are alcohol based so you wont be left with any residues

You did 3 big and 3 small windows, inside to take off the glue… and just washed the 6 windows outside for $500?
6 large, 8 transom windows and 2 doors. The job took 3.5hrs. It was a fair price but it's not about the hourly rate more than the value someone provides. Alot of people would laugh at that price but would spend the next 2 days trying to remove it themselves. Know your worth!
