Ive got a fully kitted out stage 2 golf r, and wanting to go to stage 3, but dont know what the best options are. Id aim for about 500BHP. Any suggestoins on who to recommend? Also when do you need to start to consider getting forged engine parts?
Definitely have a word with VRS Performance down in Northampton and speak to Will or Conor. They know their stuff and I use them for all of my project work. Around 500bhp is sorta the limit for stock internals...anymore than that, then you'd need to consider forged parts.
Hopefully fuel goes 2-3x more expensive soon

Wheels to come for sure but you’d be surprised how well the 4 pot Aston Martin brakes stop with the EBC RP-1’s even on the stock disc
