The first apartment was good from far but the interior was far from good. Just like you said, the finishing touches doesn't look anything like their pricing.
Two things.. thing 1... loved the last house seems like after they finish everything it will look amazing.. thing 2.. loved the back ground music... it was calming to listen to... it made the video more amazing..

The first one is not giving nop...the marquise ones that are not facing the constructions are really good the ones facing constructions will be hectic..The grey pearl one looks good the rest especially with the constructions ongoing will really disturb you with the noises and the dust and all that comes with construction just that the windows and browns are not giving ...Enaki is really beautiful looks like it will be a great community when everything is complete..keep looking
Enaki is definitely my favourite but the bedrooms are very small
Take us to tatu city maybe you will like there
The area is nice but their apartments are small
Damn i hope Konza city gets completed, Houses and apartments are too Expensive and also Kenya our Urban planning needs upgrading,any nice vlog, sorry for being too political 😊
The closer you live to town the more expensive the apartments get
If you want cheaper modern apartments with even better amenities you can find them in syokimau(close to mombasa road) and ruaka
Two bedroom around 50k to 65k and three bedrooms around 90k

Which currency is it in for Kenya, Nairobi? can we convert USD to Kenya currency there?
In Kenya they use Kenyan shillings
There lots of banks and M-PESA stores where you can exchange USD to KES

Poor finishings
The first one wasn't well done especially the finishing touches .the apartment was good but finishing wasn't.
Those views are breath taking in the second one .imagine reading a book or just relaxing 😌 😊
