Barcelona Medical Photonics Network: Annual meeting on Microcirculation in health and disease

- The Barcelona Medical Photonics Network held its annual meeting at the Hospital Universitari Parc Taulí (Sabadell) on April 28th. The talks addressed the importance of accessing microcirculation information in a wide range of clinical areas, in the intensive care unit and beyond. We also had a live demonstration of the latest near-infrared diffuse optics platform (VASCOVID) for the non-invasive assessment of the micro-circulation.
