Best answer on what to avoid there! He’s spot on
Totally agree. You can tell he is a real "Chilango"; because We NEVER talk ill of our beloved city.👼🌮🏙💚🤍❤
Se la sabe el diego
You mean Senor Frogs isn't where all the cool locals go? LOL
It is about time to give credit to Mexico for its beauty , its culture and amazing places. People who are scared to visit or just go to the resorts are missing a lot!!
Mexico doesn’t need your “credit”, it speaks for itself.
It’s one of the most visited countries in the world
One of the most beautiful countries, but don't be disingenous, you really have to be wary of some areas and situations
Mexico City is just fascinating!. History, art, culture and gastronomy.
The country has the largest of World-Heritage sites in the Americas recognized by UNESCO.
Mexico City has some of the most amazing museums in the world, and the food!!!!
The second city with the most museums in the world after London.
Mexico City is incredible. History, archeology, food, colours, places to discover. Smells and sounds. Chaos. For me it's a love/hate relationship. So big, chaotic, and difficult place. A unique place to live.
My Mexico City. Was born there and visit any chance I get. You have to visit to understand the magic it has. Hard to explain the feeling you get. ❤
I got stuck in Mexico City…. And had the best time! ❤
Mexico lindo y querido.
He's adorable 😍😍😍😍
I know lol
U Asian?
Mexico country of culture and traditions I hope to return soon I love you MEXICO.
Everything he said is spot on.
The Cineteca Nacional is a wonderful place that mainly shows non mainstream movies.
I love Mexico City !! It’s my favorite city hands down☺️
Love Mexico City and love Diego even after so many years.
This makes me feel even prouder to be Mexican!! Great job Diego. We are planning a visit to Mexico City and one of the things we are looking forward to do is the Taco Tour” I’ve heard Mexico City has THE BEST taco stands in the Country.
Every I visit Mexico I said I love the architecture it’s amazing
Diego remember you in the novelas a cute chubby kid. Now a handsome young men and in Hollywood wow. Nice that never forget you roots. Loves Mexico. I visit many times
He's a great ambassador for Mexico City.
The second half of my book is set in CDMX (Mexico City)....
I've already scouted locations for when the movie is made (hopefully)...
Something is missing here. El bosque de Chapultepec 🌳, to have some fresh air!
how many times did he say: "you know?"
Mexico city is *ENORMOUS* & *BEAUTIFUL* all in one kinda city !
English is his second language. Saying “you know?” can be a translation pause filler. While he is saying it, he is busy thinking how to translate what wants to say next. I would know, English is my second language, but i am educated in the states. So my primary is now English, and I lack advanced words in Spanish, so I sound dumber in Spanish.
@@Rudyelf1 english is my second language too, I studied in México but I live in US now, my english isn't the best but I don't say ' you know' every 5 seconds, I'm fluent in spanish and I guess Diego doesn't have a 9-5 M-F job so he can perfect his english, in all of his free time, "you know" ? 🙃
@@MarvelMex If you're going to slag someone for a vocal tic, you should try to employ better grammar. Being superior about language skills is a hard look to pull off when you write a paragraph worth of ideas in one run-on sentence. Ya know?
A lot of history, food, architecture in Mexico City
Mexico City beautiful!🦋
He was or is a business partner of the La Clandestina owner, and it is said to serve some of the best Mezcal in the world.
Viva Mexico 🇲🇽 let’s see the markets
wow so much i did not see when i went i will for sure try to visit the city more thank you diego!
México City is amazing!
Bendiciones
Papi guapo 😍🥰😍❤️
Great video, thank you for getting right to the point
I love Mexico city
Gracias Diego ...enjoy your tour 💓💓💓💓
Me encanta mi ciudad. Sólo no se queden a vivir. Es muy caro y ya no hay agua. ;)
Love CDMX!
Yes yes, I would love to visit because of you. Haha. ❤
Im crazy for México city
You must visit the castle of Chapultepec... that place is AWESOME.
I would love to have Diego show me around Mexico City
yes wanna visit mexico city
Planeo ir at CDMX por me compleaños in Septiembre, gracias por tu informacion!
I love Mexico City
Going for my birthday next week! Can you recommend a restaurant for my birthday dinner?
Depends what kind of cuisine/area you're looking for?
That's gonna be hard since most places take reservations and book out all the way until next year
Feliz cumpleaños!!!
Feliz cumpleaños
I recommend Meson Antigua Santa Catarina in Coyoacan, you don't need a reservation. I love their breakfast, try Huevos Jarochos, best breakfast ever. Also for lunch or dinner try Sereno Moreno. For late dinner or cena with live mariachi music try La Coyoacana (in Coyoacan), that is filled fast on weekends, but get there a little early and enjoy the nearby walk in the park in the night. It's full of life, energy, and families (and dogs) walking together. Nearby fondas are excellent, too.
Gracias Guapo!
4:51 that's is Taxco Guerrero no?
I loved this city when I was there but I would love it more if he showed it to me
@@deninau Interesting...in Spanish classes (middle and HS) they taught me to use the past progressive a TON more than in English when talking about the past, just as a matter of course. Also, why the switch to gustar? 🤔
@@presentfuture7563 You could just as well say, me encantaría mas si Diego me la monstrara. So, encantaría or gustaría are used depending on preference.
My hood!!
fire 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥
❤️❤️
I wish he would have mentioned different places to eat & for what types of food.
🇲🇽👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
It’s Miguel Felix!
He bribed his way out again lol
Where can I hire a tourist guide in Mexico city ?
You don't need a tourist guide IMO...
Just a good itinerary
Has anybody ever heard about the Legend of the Cathedral's Demon in Mexico City? Amazing story based on real scriptures found long time ago.
Anyone know the name of the place in 04:52?
Those are not CDMX taxis
Taxco
There’s pictures of Taxco, Guerrero here. Please use only Mexico City next time
I’m certain he spends days in the markets lol
he really likes his hometown, I've seen him strolling around Reforma
These markets will have an entire floor of just restaurants. If anything you go there to eat some yummy food.
Why not? Why wouldn’t he? I’m sure he does 😊
If there is someone that does it's him
@mikecustoms he actually does. I met him about 4-5 years ago at a LA Condesa restaurant. Saw him again later that day walking across the street
📀
Also if you're in Mexico City don't go to 'Tepito' or 'Colonia Doctores' ever, under any circumstance.
Leave it to a native. Thank you!
DF… rechimba
Avoid Tepito 😳
First
jajaj
This guy was cold in narcos lol
He plays in that show?!!
Condesa y Roma jajaja
Most beautiful place in Mexico City is Tepito. The people there are honest and trustworthy. They’ll take pictures of you with your phone and help explain the different Mexican bills in your wallet. Might get lucky and escorted to one of Tepitos secret wonder rooms
🙄🙄🙄
Obsessed with negativity 🙄
Guadalajara is better for these types of experiences
stop the cap he never go
That guy us the product of nepotism
and hes half white
@@gibememonilike most mexicans lol
@@gibememoniyea most Mexicans are also part white, European DNA always shows up in their DNA tests
Try to avoid anything that is written in English… is not gonna be cool. Mejor explicado, imposible. Bien pinche Andor Charolastra.
EXACTLY. If it's gentrified, walk away.
Ok bro what about entertainment for men Brothels , strip clubs ???
Don’t go? I guess…
I am 100% sure that he has never been in a cantina😂
Viva AMLO! 💖🇲🇽🤠 best president in the history of Mexico beloved by all real Mexicans! ☺️💖💖💖💖🇲🇽
Mexico City is beautiful, just don’t stay and live here.
Unfortunately he doesn’t go to the places he is telling you about and he definitely goes to the places written in English. 😝😝 Hipócrita 😅
He grew up there and he lived there his entire life. You dont know him personally. And you come and call him a hipócrita . What a weirdo you are.
Avoid anything written in English he said lol
Yeah go to Iztapalapa
Why is it that Mexicans always have to include Latin America. I am tried of these artists always wanting to be so PC that They always put Mexico in second place. Sad.
So PC?
Mexico is part of Latin America... did you forget to wear a helmet again?
Tu me caes mal mari
