FINAL INGREDIENT LIST:
Dry Ingredients
1 1/2 C Sifted Flour (All Purpose)
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp Ginger
1 1/2 tsp cloves
Other
Butter 1/2 Cup (Salted)
Sugar 3/4 Cup (Granulated, preferably Cane)
Egg 1 large (Room temp, well beaten)
Maple Syrup 1 1/2 tsp (OR, light corn syrup/karo syrup 1 1/2 tsp)
Bake at 325F for 8-10 min
DO NOT OVERBAKE
