At 55:50, the question was: Critics of Israel say that Israel had to know the attack was coming and let it happen, as an excuse for war against Gaza, either just to kill Palestinians, reconquer the land, obtain the offshore oil and gas, etc. This is tricky, because it gets into conspiracy theories. The way I would answer is that in some ways Israel is similar to the US. In the US, a certain segment of the population believes that the US allowed 9/11 to happen, as an excuse to go to war in Afghanistan and Iraq, to pass the Patriot Act giving the government vast new surveillance powers, etc. And not just 9/11, but other horrific events, like the JFK assassination, Pearl Harbor, the Oklahoma City bombing, etc. Regardless of whether the US allowed these things to happen or not - I’m not accepting or rejecting that premise here - does that mean that therefore the US has no right to exist? That it’s okay if, hypothetically, its enemies: Russia, China, Iran, Venezuela, Cuba, etc., if they have the strength, are justified to invade the US and kill every American? No, of course not. The remedy for Deep State conspiracies is to expose the wrong-doing, try and convict the guilty, and put safeguards in place so that no leaders with hidden agendas are ever allowed to control the government again. Well, it’s the same thing with Israel. Let's grant for the sake of argument that Israel did allow Oct. 7th to happen, not because the people wanted it, but because their leaders had hidden agendas. Well, Israel has just as much right to exist as the US or any other country. The difference between Israel and the US is that we have to realize that Israel's survival is constantly hanging by a thread. It was nearly destroyed in 1948, 1967, and 1973, and has been forced into defending itself in other major conflicts, in 1956, 1982, two West Bank Intifadas, several Gaza wars, and currently faces a possible nuclear Iran, Hizballah in Lebanon with 150,000 rockets and a well-trained army, and other threats. Israel may not have lost a war yet, but it just takes one loss and it’s another Holocaust. So, keeping Israel alive requires ensuring that it is not disadvantaged severely, either by a cease-fire before Hamas is neutralized, economic harm through BDS, or denial of weapons supplies from the US. But the critics of Israel are in favor of all these things: cease-fire, BDS, and cutting off US military aid, even though they never mention cutting off US foreign aid to Israel’s enemies: Egypt, Jordan, the PA, Qatar, Iraq, and many other Middle Eastern countries. So the net effect of harming only one side in the conflict, the Israeli side, may ultimately be to weaken Israel sufficiently and strengthen the anti-Israel countries in the region, so that Israel loses the next war and we have a repeat of the Holocaust.

After the Jewish revolts against Roman occupation, the majority of Rabbinical Jews were expelled from their homeland and they married the gentiles in the nations they fled to. Since Christians did not participate in the revolt baptized Jews and Samaritans were never expelled from the Holy Land. Their descendants would marry Greco-Roman and Arab settlers resulting in the formation of the Palestinian people. Regardless of what you call the land or its Arab inhabitants, it must be acknowledged that from the time of Abraham to the destruction of Herod's Temple, Jews and Palestinians comprised one people and both of them can trace their ancestry to the ancient Israelites. This is evident in the language and religion of Jews and the continuation of biblical agricultural practices, architecture, and women's textiles in Arab Palestinians.
Muslims built Al-Aqsa Mosque on top of the Jewish Second Temple. Israel is Jewish forever. Arabs know this, archaeologists and historians know this, Christians know this, everyone knows this.

Forgive me, Christ wanted us as much to get away from the old testament as the word of God, because he denied the Sabbath, and mosaiac laws. He never neither Paul ever said that God gave the law to Moses. Moses is an idea to make a religion, but God does not give religions. Christianity has failed miserably by considering Jesus as the Missiah of the Jews, even they changed the verse ‘“he came to his own thing and his own received him not” to He came to his own” which is a new theology. The gospel of salvation by repentance and having the holy spirit in our lives got mixed with the false religion of the Torah, which has no proof historically, or archeologically. I'm disappointed in this false Christianity, so I call myself follower of Christ .
