@@DirArronQuinn hi
My favorite line is "I could feel the earth turning" awesome job
This was WONDERFUL! And James Mason! Loved it!
I really appreciate it!
Oooh i've read the Tell Tale Heart many many times...more than i can recall but this sent chills up my spine anyway! Very very well done :D
I love this poem so much! Edgar Allen Poe is amazing :3
Amazing Job!
So far in all the videos of the tell tale heart I've seen, everyone has put their own twist in the story. You've not only twisted it (in a good way, I mean) but you've also made some very good visuals to go along with it.
I must say you're very talented.
Excellent job again! Thanks for for making my time.
I love the tell tale heart.. I also loved Vincent Price's recitation of it..
job well done :)
Lovely little bed time story. My mum read this to me as a child.
I'm still trembling after watching this. Really great.
One of my all time favorites from my favorite poet.
This video was amazing!!! I'm a big fan of Poe. Mainly three thought this, the raven, and the bells
OMG!!!you are a genious!!!
I was scared and the voice and the crazy face of the man that is great!!!
Really nice work,
James Mason's narration
and your animation just go perfectly together.
I think this is the best audio recitation of the storie I've heard yet and the animation is awesome too
James Mason.
That's awesome, you really created the suspense in this retelling of the classic story. :) Great job with this!
I'm in love with this story!
I love how you made the madman shadow-like.
Thank you!!!
"The Tell Tale Heart" is by Edgar Allan Poe
How could I forget?
Never forget!
Had to read this for reading class... I got to say this is very good, I loved the story and the video
I have to teach a standard for reading where the students analyze a text by experiencing it in three formats. 1) read it themselves 2)listen to it read 3)watch it. I'm using The Raven and The Tell Tale Heart.
Hope you continue to use my animation in your lectures!
-AQ
Dir. Aaron Quinn The students loved the animation. They had some wonderful responses. I'm sure I will be using this one again next school year.
I'd like to point out that Poe wrote this from the point of view of a woman. Who had, indeed, become mad. And a few minor details were incorrect in this animation. Otherwise - a great short. I recommended it to my ninth grade English teacher. Truly did enjoy. Thank you.
Oh wow thats so awesome that you caught that!! LOL I put that in as a personal joke. I think that emoticon is hilarious. Im very pleased that you paid really close attention to my film.
Much thanks.
I have more stuff on the way...so drop by whenever. You might like.

awesome dude
It's Friday the thirteenth... My 8th grade English teacher turned out the lights, put fake candles on our desks, and we watched this video. Afterwards, I was hyperventilating; all I could bring myself to do was laugh hysterically. Never have I felt such terror of something that could not harm me. Wonderful job, although I know the soundtrack was not yours. Go straightjackets and solitary confinement! :D
Wow thanks so much for the kind words...it was really nice of you. I hope you keep watching my videos and keep watchin me expand, got alot of great things to come.
Once again thanks and keep watching
-Aaron Quinn

Pause at 5:47
It looks like something you'd see in Invader Zim.
In fact, you could say that about a lot of this artwork...
I looked where you said to pause and I nearly peed myself by that sudden face. Jegus.
lol Edwin gets that alot.

Im working on The Raven! I just finished the short Poem Lenore today!-AQ
Thanks for your comment as well.
-Aaron Quinn
Though your comment is welcome here I would like to just say please let people decide for themselfs about it. So far I have gotten nothing but praise for this. Also the audio wasn't "Stolen". It was issued to me. As you can see the copyright has not shut off the audio. Just wanted to make somethings straight. Thank you for your honesty. -AQ
What color are my eyes?
Me thinks that the obvious first impression one gets after reading this piece is that of madman who is indeed insane and dreadfully nervous as Poe puts it.
"but madmen know nothing", is a perfect clue.
but I believe there's more than meets the eye. I sense a deceiptive tale trying to cover up his premeditated motive and relation, that he has toward with the old man as servant. at the end, though he confesses to the crime, which I think was a bad ending, we don't know if at the end he stays with this man's values or he's taking to jail. pleading insane in a court of law, to a crime will save his ass from a death sentence. did he write his own way out? at the same time Poe, permits us with his genius and talent to peek into the mind of a sociopath who meticulously, planned everything,
and takes pride in detailing everything, "oh, you should've seen me"
his major motive, not even the money or the old man himself according to him but his evil eye. or +was it something more personal than an eye for eye
go figure?
hahahaha originals are always the best can't doubt that.
Thanks for the comment.

The audio is taken from the 1954 animated film by UPA Productions and released by Columbia Pictures. The voice is the late actor, James Mason. Nice animation, though.
Ah, it's the narration from the 1970s Columbia animation. The style is similar, too. I really like this one, though.
So true but it wouldn't be dramatic enough for animation. So I had to adapt. I hope you enjoyed it though. -AQ
Thanks for the support
