    Compound Disc Golf Gave us some updated Flight Numbers for their disc the Barb: 01:18 (4,3,0,3)
    The Line Tamer has some flight numbers now too, thanks to @Wingnutlenny! - 09:15 (6/4/0/2)
    What are you all most excited about getting a hold of eventually?

    It makes me wonder if they are going to try to sell 3D printed discs, or are they just trying to get approved before going to injection molding? Weights are going to change a lot from standard printing TPU, and I can only assume they will eventually rip at the layer lines...

      @DiscGolfShow  Před 4 měsíci

      That's a super good question. I was assuming that these were just for prototypes too. I've never thrown a 3d printed disc but ripping from layer lines does seem like it could be a possible issue. What happens if a 3d printed disc hits a tree or something hard?

    I just received my ProtoFlyte CNC cut disc yesterday, the original. I would say it feels like a DX Destroyer. It is very domey and feels great in the hand. I was told it was a 13 speed but I haven't verified that. Actually the one I got I wont throw, since I had the manufactures sign it. Also, its cut, so there is no parting line to hint stability. My guess is this will take some damage hitting trees and rocks.

      Very cool! The CNC precision is a super interesting concept. I wonder if this leads to SUPER consistent discs. If you get another and throw it let us know how it flys! Thanks for sharing!

    Line Tamer is a super OS, flexible midrange. Flat as a board and very bendy so far. Sharp edged and a “thumb track” of sorts. Numbers would be something like 5/4/1/3, maybe 6/4/1/3. I’ll ask tomorrow.
    Source: throw with the creator most days. He throws the beat up proto in the PDGA approval pics 😂

      @DiscGolfShow  Před 4 měsíci +1

      Oh that would be awesome if you could find out. I'll post the numbers in the pinned comment.
      That proto has been thoroughly tested for sure! Which is a good think in my opinion. Test the crap out of em' I say.

      So I was a bit off, but we all know how flight numbers are kinda subjective. He’s had a 980 rated player throw it and that guy has labeled it 6/4/0/2 but with a true “two” fade. Not like an Envy or something that just gently pushes a bit. Dead straight and then bites hard is the verdict. I personally think it’s got a bit of positive turn but I’m nowhere near 980 rated or 500 feet so my opinion is not the one that’s important 😂.

    This is only ment as constructive criticism, and I know it's nit picking a little. But YOUR intro text is wrong. It should be "YOU'RE listening to" (not with capital letters though 😅)
