ICAP Grand Rounds March 2023 -- Using Mathematical Models to Monitor the HIV Epidemic

On March 21, 2023, ICAP hosted a Ground Rounds called "Bridging the Gap: Using Mathematical Models to Monitor the HIV Epidemic."
We heard from colleagues involved in the development of the UNAIDS estimates on the use and future of the AIDS Impact Module using Spectrum software, including in-country experience with the estimates (Uganda), and how models like these can be used to triangulate available data to provide best estimates.
