You can practice with warthunder also. Not quite the same gameplay, but similar. does give you the chance to learn and adapt to the air combat and tactics.

There is no way you can practice in this mode. There is some skilled required for this mod but regardless on how good you are, you will get reckt. It’s like me throwing you in the deep end of the pool so you can teach yourself how to swim.

I’m a proud flyboy in battlefield and I’ve met some real life friends dogfighting. The people on the ground don’t get it. Starting from nothing and now people spectate me and ask for advice.
I saw your video on BFV planes and I agree. The whole jet community is getting despondent and one by one, they leave. Got nothing but pubs to play usually, shooting down people under my level and not improving
Next modern battlefield I’m praying jets get some love and dogfighting returns
I'm also a proud fly boy and some advice I'd give as a pilot is 1. Don't fly too low or you might get shot down 2. Before you attack get a good position on your opponent or else they could notice you and fly away quickly 3. Try spotting your opponent and then looking at the radar to where they are heading to
4. I would definitely suggest playing friends in high places on normal mode in the campaign to get a better feel for flying but I'll warn you, the fly is a little different but no worries you have to start from somewhere.
Bro this is one of the best channels I've came across in a long time. I love the commentary and the competition that you had with the other guys. Hey niccaman just think what would happen if u could do more of red baron tactics in this map like going down onto the ground and pulling up last chance or going up so high u could take damage on you plane becase of alitude and then droping down out of nowhere on another random person

As one of the top pilots on PS4 myself, i found this so entertaining and funny. Also happy that no salt was thrown at each other. Mutual respect is very rare between pilots in bf1. Keep it up Nicca, wish i could play against you sometime.

This game mode is boring though. There should be steps, levels, and different game modes in this game. 1 game mode could be to escort bombers, and the enemy team must stop them. The other is to destroy the Zeppelin like it is right now. But you can crash land like in the single player story. Go inside the Zeppelin and fight inside with real time players. You can plant bombs inside and hide on the walkways. Right now it's just boring.

Like bomber escorts is most common for war types and you need to protect your ground units from being destroyed...

This is what BF1 should've been, people working together as a TEAM. Not just who gets the most kills, it's about working together, and having your teams/friends back. You should be there for another, like in real war. A second without team work can get your squad in danger or even killed.

There should be divisions so that pro pilots fly against pro pilots and novices against each other. Nobody wants to get rekt by 100 service stars tryhards.
RaptorTheMLGAce You get what he means. He’s not saying divide them by those attributes, he’s saying have them do placement matches to get in divisions that way pro pilots can’t just farm novices constantly and have to play against those that are on their level in skill and so novices aren’t turned off from the mode and the mode dies in a month.
We do fly against each other...in fact that’s how we spend probably 80% percent of our time. Most real pro pilots aren’t even in the top 200 on the stat charts. Why? Because you don’t generate very high stats doing 1v1s all day...not that any of that matters tho. So if we go to a pub, usually we’re just there to fuck off and have a few laughs.
I understand it can be very disheartening to get melted .5 seconds. But don’t give up. If you want to get better here’s the secret all the fake pros like Mattinotsoace don’t want you to know...you’ll never get better by only paying opponents who are less skilled then you are. You only get to our level by playing people who are better then you...period. And that means getting your ass stomped more times then you can count, until you finally get it right.

I was a Dogfighter in BF3 and 4 and belive me....the real 0,01 % you will not even find in public lobbys. Just go and look for Dogfight 1v1 servers - there you will find people that will exceed anything you've ever seen. (Those guys are still good tho)
I'm pretty confident the community i was introduced to by these guys are the top-tier pilots who play competitively, and regularly 1v1 practice each other
