I got the same issue with a temu reel, same sound, same issue and that's all because cheap internals. They all have the sound of a plastic toy. 😂
That reels retrieve sounds like a bag of marbles 😂
I had the subtitles on, the first retrieve was subtiteld as (applause) 😂😂

That thing sounds like a damn pepper grinder during the retrieve.
It was incredibly loud on the retrieve for me too!
Ceramic hybrid bearings can be unlubed, or with a drop of oil. If ran dry, might be the cause of casting noise.

The Arise Air is a dream. For the asking price, I'd buy one in each side for retrieve and count that as a win.

A few of these chinese companies use some ungodly garbage grease slathered on the internals. I would clean them out.
Im not paying $80 for a reel to have to do immediate maintenance on it

Casting noise is normal for ceramic bearings. Much the same as a DC reel. What was abnormal and extremely loud (at least when I was watching your video on my iPhone) was the retrieval!
this noise is not normal for ceramic hybrids, nor are they usually this buzzy on the cast

I don't think anyone will be interested in a noisy casting and noisy retrieve reel with MagTrax brakes. It's time to move on the next budget $75 BFS reel.
