Didn't work as I only get option to Report or Block the contact. Nowhere says delete.

What u have to do is go into chats and press on hold on that number and press delete if it doesn’t work!
If I'm not mistaken, that just deletes chat, not the contact. I have an iPhone 13 and don't have an edit button at the top right of my screen. So I can't find how to get to delete contact as shown in his video.
It deletes only the name of the person….the number and all chats remain…

The best way to delete a contact is delete te contact name and number from ur phone
