I can relate! Thanks for the info. One question though. What would a good warm up pre ski look like? I often in a rush and don’t warm up at all!! I need to make the time but not sure what will give me the best results
And yes my coach …. Mr Howley pretty much says hips up every time I ski 🤣
how can you modify the hip flexor stretches as to take the quads out of the equation?
i notice when i try to do a half kneeling hip flexor stretch, the stretch is mainly on the quad, and not the hip flexor. i am VERY tight in all areas.
