Botanical Gardens and Sentosa Lagoon. These two place definitely got ghost. Speaking from experience. So I believe anyone who say Botanical Gardens is haunted.

Botanical Gardens. After dinner at the Food stall, we decided to take a walk at the Botanical Gardens to burn off the food...Ok I lied, we were actually wanting to "experiment" on our kissing techniques, we talked about it and conclude that we could not do it in public. So the gardens it is. We walk past the lake and there was a small building/structure - was kinda dark so its the perfect place. We didn't want to start kissing and rolling in the bushes like some animal so the building/small structure it is. There were many bushes/plants/trees so we parked ourselves at the corner of the building/structure and went into kissing frenzy. 5 minutes in and we both stopped dead in our tracks. There is a strong aroma/fragrance flowery but not flowery smell, its hard to describe but definitely not Chanel No 5. The fragrance was so intense that it is almost intoxicating and hard to breathe...giving me a headache. At that point in time, both our goosebumps were exploding - I literally felt his hair on his hands standing up (and I assure you, it was not the kissing frenzy event). In my throbbing head, my brain is screaming at me to run. I looked at my boyfriend, he looks at me ... no words just a telepathic brain sms and we ran faster than Usain Bolt. Having said that, there wasn't that evil cold vibe/feel (like Sentosa lagoon) - if anything its more a neutral feel. Looking back maybe its adopting the kay-poh approach and wanted to see what in ghost name we are doing. And we being Singaporeans will always adopt the kiasu approach...got ghost or not run first ...don't care if ghost from the Ring or Casper the friendly ghost..run first. A decade later, we got married and I think I got married to a ghost/demon magnet...where ever we go/travel there's bound to be something....but that's for another day..

    • @cathychan2814

@@FactsPreacher Sentosa Island have changed so much but back during my time to get to Sentosa there was only 2 ways, cable car and the ferry. So this lagoon is man made and it is located on the most southern part of the island - man made lagoon. Even though there were many lifeguards on duty at all times, still people drowned. Now for those who lovebirds like us, we like to walk further along the beach...which is about 50 metres away from the lagoon but if you sit down at the beach then, you are looking at the sea facing south. Not sure now, you probably got all the SGD 20 million dollars mansions built in this areas...The other place from my childhood was in Jalan Kayu. Thats another scary place.

@@cathychan2814Do you mean the forestry area (situated beside a large field and then just beside the large field is a walkway and a road where bus 103 usually pass by)?
I think this happens about 1+ years back. Me and my parents were walking around Jalan Kayu (which was recently renovated) after dinner. It’s a small one round walk. We started walking from the bus stop, down the long stretch of road and etc. We also walk down the same stretch of road to the bus stop to take the bus. On the returning journey, en route back, I talked about religion stuff (not including ghost stories) and as I was walking on that long stretch of road, I felt goosebumps, just only goosebumps. Surely, the goosebumps may be trying to tell me that there is something from the forestry. Then I search through my bag to get my amulet charm. Prior going out of my house, I wanted to bring the amulet and I intend to go to the Jalan Kayu Temple. However, the plan was changed during dinner time so instead of heading the original intended destination, we decided to walk around the Jalan Kayu region. I think the amulet may be trying to tell me to bring along.

agreed. some of these entities were enslaved by black arts practitioners. they are forced to do evil biddings when they want to mind their own business. so when i hear stuff like entities plaguing someone, i'm more tempted to think someone must have sent them to torment the target.

As a teenager, growing up in one of the most gang infested in San Diego. I was with a few friends playing football at the local park. It was getting dark and we decided to leave the field, we started walking around this tree with a decent size branch reaching out over the fence from the golf course. We noticed something strange that resembled a man swinging back and forth from the branch. We started walking towards the tree, all four of us realized that it this man who hung him self because he found his wife cheated on him. We started running as fast as we could after witnessing this entity. We got back to our apartment but no one ever asked each other what we witnessed. But we all knew what we saw.

Yes indeed 70s and 80s our great grandfather a pioneer guardsman at the Botanical Gardens- once closedown after 22.00 hrs. After midnight's full moon - where the horrors started - from their's verbal stories- often you can heard a empty canned soft drink being's play a fool by kicking distances ahead tank a leng a leng after few seconds tank a leng a leng at the walkways but the old folks guardsman they are seasons this kind of disturbing- uses to it - something that they don't be borders- but they knew it that was a common pontianak work's......from their's stories they said at 02.00 hrs.or 03 00 hrs. Where they sitting on the bench - disturbing happening right in front of them - imagine just a emptied soft drink canned being kicked moving without nobody's- except the guardsman........ this is true stories but in verbally.
And sometimes at 03.00hrs.early in the morning they often spotted and noticed a pontianak walk in front of them while they the old guardsman sitting on the bench- likes the pontianak going to the wet Market......imagine.....how's that today with modern guardsman?

I’m saddened to hear the girl running around naked and in terror. Could be her last moments before she lost her life. I wished she could crossover sooner and do not need to suffer even after death. 😢

The interesting part about ghostly confessions by Singaporeans is that each cultural group would have their own version of ghosting sightings. The Malays would see Pontianaks, Pocongs, Toyols, etc while the Chinese would make do with elderly women in cheongsums. Can't we for the first time hear from a Malay he/she encounters a Chinese lady in samfu instead of a Malay girl in sarong kebaya or vice versa. You mean these unrest spirits get to select their choice of witnesses based on race? Corny and laughable.
