In most situations yes. But sometimes you want to send it out to just two or three to get feedback. You might have to make some changes.

He gave each country an exclusive. And they were satisfied with that. You’re talking about Italy, Spain, Australia. Those are big territories to give someone an exclusive. Great way to increase revenue. They are called carve outs.

What type of questions do you have? Maybe I can help?
If a company says they are definitely interested in your product, but are tied up in resources with other projects at the time being, is there something like a proposal to secure working with them in the future, when they have resources to apply to it? If there is, would that be a good idea to push that?
Unfortunately no. In some industries, such as the toy industry, they will pay you a holding fee if the interest is great enough.

PCT patent 30 months.

Before one year is up and when you file your non-provisional patent application, you can file a PCT. This will allow you in 18 months to designate the other countries you would like to file your intellectual property in.
