Grandpas MAZDA CAPELLA parked in the bush for almost 30 YEARS! Will it run? Will it drive again?

My Grandpa bought this series 4 Mazda Capella brand new in 1975 from Whyalla here in South Australia. He drove it for 20 years then it got parked under a tree, sitting unregistered since 1996. Things happened and it ended up being used as practice for SES (State Emergency Service) training and the roof got cut off with the jaws of life some time in the late 90's (worthless at the time to them). From there it has sat for almost 30 years in the elements, with some parts going missing over the years. So I guess that means its been in my family for around 50 years!
For as long as I can remember this car has been parked here in the scrub, every time I seen it I thought to my self I should grab that grill and hang it in the shed. But as time went by my urge to try and save it grew and here we are dragging it out of the bush with a tractor. The question is what am I going to do with it? Is it saveable? Will it go to scrap? I've got some plans, and some back up plans, lets see how it pans out!

All that’s needed is a grinder welder Knowledge and patience then anything is possible

This is identical to my Grandpa's old car he had it then he gave it to my uncle , I remember the days when he'd drive along a street in Enfield SA thru the slow points rather spiritedly! It too was a non rotary but it had that old car smell this would have been In the 90s !

im sure a man of your talent can revive. its worth it these days. look at what jay did with that rx3. i think that mighta been worse. ive been watchin a guy do a rail on a r100. this thing is mint engine bay wise compared. no ones gonna really have a donor shell i dont think
