Just got back after 3 days fishing Drano. Always interesting to see how people get along while fishing from boats just a few feet apart. This is by far not your typical fishing for most people. One of the highlights was watching a solo guy in a drift boat powered by a small kicker motor, hook two fish at the same time on two rods. He fought the one while the other rod remained in the other rod holder. He netted the first fish and quickly grabbed the second rod. Landed the second fish and everyone around him cheered. It was pretty cool to see the reaction from everyone watching him scramble to land both fish by himself. By the way, weather was terrible, 42 degrees and sideways rain. Where is our late spring weather?
@@mikebrewington1425 the same thing I think when I see the boats going up and down the river. 50, 60 thousand dollar boats to get the same limit of fish we get fishing from shore..if they are lucky
Sorry you feel that way. I stood on the bank and most of the folks waved. You probably need a place of solitude away from the crowd for a little quiet time.
This is one of the greatest basic Drano Lake videos on YT just for video perspective
Thanks. Its been pretty popular. It was a lot of fun watching them go round.

That would have been fun to film. He stayed calm?
There probably just as many Mercuries as there is Yamaha’ss
Discovered girls and cars at 16 I feel sorry for ya boss! Fishing is badass
Looks like the mouth of the Rouge River
Is it that crowded there?
What a cluster, reason I don't play up there 😅
I don’t blame you a bit.
The Drano 500😂
Must be a Micro four thirds camera as the still images are 4:3 aspect ratio.
Competition in slow motion.
Cool footage! Thanks for sharing!
Its $250ish a day $150 half day plus tip
Spendy👎🏻👎🏻
Over 60 boats, average of 5 peope per, odds of 200 fish not likely
Not my cup of tea but fun to watch. Think of the investment in boats and gear just going around in circles🤑🤑

Wow!!! I didn’t realize I was getting filmed (photos taken of me) that day. Kind of creepy if you ask me.
Lol, no expectation of privacy in public.
