Can you just toss the basic plates down the hole and get anything even without cleaning them? Or create a conveyor from the ceiling hole to the floor hole so it's completely automatic

Is there a reason he only puts 3 dish spawners on one cleaner? It can wash 10 dishes at once, so why not attach 10 spawners to one cleaner? They are only like 25 tokens.
