Migt be Good for my knees, though..I hd a stroke in 2024ish and since then I haven't heen able to walk up stairs or hills or anything without my left knee doiing this wierd popping thig; I do think I need more strength in my knees. AND my walls! I live in an apartment, and if the walls are (even a liittle bit)damaged when I leave, then I have to pay for it.
