- 44 Polish vehicles with heroes on their way to save Sweden from the wildfires. This is when they have just disembarked the ferry in Trelleborg. Still quite a long way to travel though!

how about the lithuanian, danish, polish, german, french, etc? the European Response Emergency Center sent firefighters from many EU member state (and EU additionally paid 1 million euros for transportation costs)

Im sure for those firefighters some political figures are least concern in PR matters , the pepole welcomed them and the pepole will remember while goverments change .

Thank you! Same here, not sure how many cars were mobilized (I believe 44) but personally I think our people could send more, seems like they were from just one region of Poland. On the other side our government told in the info that these cars are moved since they are with specialized equipment to fight with forest fire precisely, so makes sense; less but on point.
I've also seen few more videos about that and the response from Swedes is heartwarming - thank you for that!
As for the little info in the media; reason is simple - there is political fight against Poland by the part of EU in order to put us aside from major decisions regarding what is happening in the EU (and Poland), so press often publishes little crap about someone stealing some minor thing or people protesting (which is like less than a 0.5% of Poland's population but very loud) but they put total silence on tons of great/good things we do in public space, Poland, EU, etc. All of that to create a false image that only bad things happen in Poland and are related to us. Hence you might see many Poles being vocal on internet and to put it short fighting with lies.
Thank you for the video and I hope soon troubles with forest fire will be a thing of the past with the coordinated effort of Sweden's Fire Department and allies.

There were more an more people to greet those guys up north. No worries Ankh :) My younger brother is one of the firefighters. He said it was hard to suppress the tears seeing all this grateful folks up there. Let's hope that they will extinguish this freaking fire and safely come back to their families! Dangerous mission! EU policies is what allowed this operation, the European Emergency Response Center was the one to coordinate and activate all the lithuanians, polish, danish, german, french firefighters etc involved (after the request by the swedish government). how is it the institution that has made this possible to Europeans, one of the most important things, the one that is trying to split us? do you understand how stupid is to say that?

Poland, Sweden's Baltic Sea neighbor is rescuing Sweden in the moments of natural disaster - this is Europe at it best and a beautiful act of kindness. I also hope it will help to improve opinions about Poles in Sweden; those firefighters heroes from Poland deserve this since they are risking their lives to save human and property loss.

The polish trucks will be put to work on the worst fire front in the country - Älvdalen. The name of the operative chief there is Johan Szymanski. The sure name sounds polish!? Maybe this operation is even lead by polish blood!
3/4 of the Polish territory is Forests and teams have a lot of experience. Swedish firemen and Polish collaborated together in the EU partnership. I know our government is awful but the swedish people really appreciate your help.
We know the difference between the government and the people. Russia forced communism on us for almost 5 decades. They even used our army to attack Czech Republic when it was not the will of the people. There were people in Warsaw that burned themselves alive to protest attacking our brothers.

I love how the Swedish government calls Poland the land of racists and fascists just because they don't want to accept any fake refugees. Swedish government even said that Polish politicians are not welcome in Sweden, but Poland still goes to help them out. I guess that's why a Polish politician said that they're not doing this for the Swedish government, but only to help the Swedish people.
That is exactly what it is. I have friends from Sweden and Finland and they are like brothers to me. I would fight for them and their families if necessary. None of us give 2 shits about the bullshit government of Sweden that decided to spread cancer(Islam) around its own people. We do this for the proud people of Sweden and to help the environment.

Tak jasne, mam 14 lat. Chodziło mi bardziej o sprawdzenie się ich pojazdów w "akcji". Jeżeli nie zrozumiałeś/aś to wytłumaczę: "Nie ma to jak jechać Scanią (chodzi o wóz strażacki, czyli pojazd specjalnego przeznaczenia) na akcję przeciwpożarową u producenta samochodów (czyt. Szwecja). Chodziło mi o ogólnoświatową politykę wpychania Polakom złomu. Mam nadzieję, że w tym wypadku samochody nie nawalą i nasi wrócą cali i zdrowi do domu.
Co? Przecież ogromna większość z tych samochodów to NÓWKI za grube miliony euro, lol.
I co z tego, że są nowe - chodzi o to, że Polska jako kraj dostaje produkty gorszej jakości za tą samą cenę, nie tylko samochody. Ale np. samochody Niemieckie są lepiej wyposażone niż te w Polsce w tej samej cenie.
