Talking to my friends, we all seem to be having a hard time with the transition from summer to autumn this year. Personally I always feel a bit anxious during this period since feeling the darker times creeping up on you is a bit scary. Especially since autumn and winter demands so much more of me in terms of taking care of my mental and physical health. It's a weird time, maybe someone can relate
