As the first 2012 ZX12R owner ever in the Pacific NW, I feel the need to comment on the over emphasis on dragging this bike. So much R&D went into the handling of it that it's a shame to drive such a magnificent piece of machinery in just a straight line. It actually outhandles my previous smaller sportbikes in the twisties and unlike most sportbikes, is actually stable at near standstill parking lot maneuvers.
If I were to drag, I'd build a drag bike ground up.
It makes me want to get one now. Sick as hell.

The ZX 14 is a monster of bike. I meant with a longer swing arm you can decrease the tendency for the bike to lift its front. As a result you can accelerate harder than a normal ZX 14. That's why dragster bikes tend to have longer swing arms. However, your huge rear wheel has a larger mass moment of inertia, which decrease the power of the bike. Plus, the wider rear tire and longer wheelbase decrease the ability of the bike to turn or lean. That's why you cannot see such bikes in MotoGT.

Is this a question? That's a fancy dragster bike. You can accelerate like crazy without the risk of wheelies. It flies like an arrow. But don't try to lean it! I really miss two support wheels from the sides! :D This bike is definitely not for riders!

Exhausts add weight to the bike. If one exhaust gets the job done, why add another one. The exhaust that he has comes as part of Brock's performance kit for the ZX14R, and squeezes out a little more power than the stock exhaust while being lighter.

Why not do the work yourself? That's half the fun of owning a bike, may take longer, but it's just as satisfying as your first ride. Also how much longer is that swing arm than the stock arm, and how much more stable is takeoff with it?

Nice bike..Brock's is tight and looks right with the extended swing arm.. I dig this length and tire size...really not into anything over a 300. Just get too damn big...u might a loss a couple Hp but damn, this bike has enough it can afford it.. And still beat a busa! Thumbs up.

Nice bike homie, I wanted this color but they didn't make it for 2013 until recently without the flames on it, that shit is crazy and back tire looks like it is off of Batman's bike lol ride safe and make sure you keep that shit in the garage because they will steal it, I just want mine to go fast and stay on top of the busa boyz I will be taking it to the dyno soon so will keep you posted but sweet looking bike

the seat cowl is stock on most models, the stock seat is a 2 seater with the cover on maybe contact your local shop for a factory direct part?

was wondering how much slower is the bike while its carrieing all that meat on the back tire ,im knowing that if i put omn a 180 instead of a 190 that my 14 was way faster with the 180 on the back the 180 got better traction alsao because the rim opened up the tire puting more rubber on the ground than the 190 ,my bike is considerably faster with the 180 as the stock 190

Love it bro and about to get the same set up but with the 300 kit. Have to ask, how was the handling, was it centered with the rear, did you lose power, and did the OSD with hold up to the strain ??? Thanks in advance brother.
thanks bro, definitely effects the handling but I'd give up on handling over the looks. I ride for fun not on tracks or anything crazy taking corners. The single sided OSD kit I have from Roaring Toyz is definitely the way to go, just make sure the wheel is dead center to make sure the turns are even, they gave me a hard time in the beginning even said it's normal to have the tire on one side than the other until I told them that I am returning the whole kit for a full refund then they sent me a spacer to make sure the tire was center :) besides that the kit comes with a cheap chain, I upgraded that chain and also added a quick shifter, solid setup no issues with anything! let me know if you have any other questions, PM me
