I pray for this world, I pray for my family, I pray for my friends. God’s grace and goodness really does surpass my understanding, and I really do get to bring all that I can to Him through prayer. Thanks be to God that He is a Savior able to listen and sympathize with us.
As a child of a choir master, I often point to the harmonious sound produced by this group as the epitome of 'one voice'. My dad often struggled with the outsized egos of some of the older choristers who wanted their own voices to soar above the others'. 😏
This hymn gets deep into my nerves...it thrills my soul to hear the songs of praise we mortals sing here below🙏....sweet hour of prayer, I feel closer to the heart of God.
I love the songit reminds me of my lovely late dad Mr Abel Chipunza.He really liked it every single day we had evening prayers.I know God is watching over you.

One of my all time favorite hymns. The tabernacle choir is so perfect and polished in all they do. Years ago this song was recorded as a solo by Archie Campbell. I've searched and cannot find. Does anyone know where to look for it?
