    Thank you for this compilation. It is such a great refresher as one who seeks to hear and implement every word spoken by this mouthpiece of the Lord. I hope you can do more compilations like this!

    … concerning the Twelve Apostles of the Lamb.
    Behold, vengeance cometh speedily upon the inhabitants of the earth, a day of wrath, a day of burning, a day of desolation, of weeping, of mourning, and of lamentation; and as a whirlwind it shall come upon all the face of the earth, saith the Lord.
    And upon my house shall it begin, and from my house shall it go forth, saith the Lord;
    First among those among you, saith the Lord, who have professed to know my name and have not known me, and have blasphemed against me in the midst of my house, saith the Lord. (D&C 112:24-26)
    Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
    Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
    Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
    …that he might be revealed in his time. (2 Thessalonians 2:1, 3-4, 6, 7)
    While that man, who was called of God and appointed, that putteth forth his hand to steady the ark of God, shall fall by the shaft of death, like as a tree that is smitten by the vivid shaft of lightning. (D&C 85:8)

    “Worshipping in the house of the Lord,” sounds much better than, “make sure you’re paying your full club dues.”

      Said like someone apostatizing.

      @@coryhorton5837sounds like you're convinced he's out for himself. There is an opposite to seeking praise and gain - it's holding up the light of Christ and giving your whole self and life to the Lord. You and I know this holy man does the latter. If you do not know you have not listened to his words or studied much of his life. he seeks the welfare of Zion - every one that's part of it- more than anyone alive. His words have been a lifeline to me and my family these past years. And Tithing has been part of Christian worship since the Old Testament. If you think about it, as a faithful husband, devoted, tender father of 10 and MNAY grandchildren, as a excellent, contributing, world-renowned doctor, as a man with 100 years of experience, and an immense amount of world travel, as a man of success, President Nelson’s has got to be the most trust worthy person on earth . It sounds like you are tearing him down and seeking to tear others' faith to do good down. What have you been doing to build, strengthen, inspire, and motivate for good, help, and heal others lately? Perhaps you need the power of God this man is speaking about to do those things.
