土曜日12時頃、行列に並んでから2段重ねティッシュ前カウンターに座るまで60分。
でも並ぶ価値があるほど美味い卵チャーハンと餃子でした。また行きたいですね。
仕込みを取材されたのは素晴らしい。よほど通われたのかな。
情熱大陸で知りました。たしか近隣には出前もしてたような…。いつ休んでるのか心配になりますが、店主さんにとって仕事が生き甲斐なんでしょうね。

こういう行列店って、地元の人が少しづつ並ぶのがキツくて敬遠していくことがあるって聞いた。
下準備とか丁寧だし店主さんもすごく良い感じの人なので、長く続いて欲しいなぁと思った。
地元の人が今まで通りに通えて、話題知って来た人も味わえる方法ってないのかなぁ。
持ち帰り専門が近くにあるから地元で並ぶの嫌ならそっちだねー

家の近所にもありますが、中国人の料理人の方が作る中華料理は本当に美味しいと思います😃

For me all the fresh ingredients use for different flavors and textures are phenomenal 🔥!! I could definitely see myself indulging in the food this guy cooks!! 鍋がよく鍛えられてる。火もコントロールできてるから短時間で仕上がって、旨味と食感が損なわれない。餃子も手仕込みは嬉しいね。
