This video gave me a much better understanding and insight for a ruptured AAA. Last October, my father had a unknown to us ruptured AAA. He had been complaining of low back pain for 9 months. He was being treated for arthritis. He complained on the morning of the ruptured AAA that his stomach was hurting so bad and felt extremely nauseated. He was just sitting on the couch and wailed in pain and lost consciousness. He survived the ride to the hospital where they discovered he had a 9 cm ruptured AAA. We were able to speak with him about an hour after he arrived. He then went into surgery with a opened procedure performed. Unfortunately my loving father who is no longer suffering with pain on a daily basis went to be with his Lord. White Male, 90 years old, 5'10" and 155 lbs.
