@@TheLisanAl_Gaib most of the the projects we have worked on are for pretty wealthy people so unfortunately I can't say exactly who they are especially online(NDA), however I can give the names of the sites(Private Communities), The Madison county Club(Palm Desert, Ca), The Bridges(Rancho Santa Fe, Ca), The Crosby(Rancho Santa Fe), There's separate non Country club homes we've done and they're all in the San Diego, Del Mar, Solana, Carlsbad, Rancho Santa Fe, and some in Dana Point in California. Currently actually working on a home a football player here in SD county. Did a few homes for the family of a well known name here in San Diego(Name of a big chain of car dealerships) and for some 🍎 executive. Most of the people that see the projects that have been built are new potential buyers so we take them to in person showings to show them various types of homes, modern, gothic, vintage, etc.

I’m glad I’m not the only one thinking this. I worked with a man who was perfectly normal for years than one day he started talking this way about his projects at work as if his work was an entity with power. Two months after this behavior change he had a psychotic break and was committed. It was hard to watch.

If I have 500 million to buy a property, I would definitely just buy the land and hire a world renowned architecture firm and interior design team to customize everything to my preference. While I am waiting for the house to be build, I will rent the most gorgeous house every year and have a team to coordinate my moves…I bet even with all of these coordination it will still be way less than $500 million dollars…

personally, I'd buy a small nice/quaint house in a nice neighbourhood and while my $500 million dollar house is being built. At least that way, my money is still going to me and I don't have to worrry about property fees or something crazy the landlord will try to get me to pay. I followed this project just because of it's extreme opulence... but the number of people that can afford a $365M house is VERY limited. Someone would need to have a $1B net worth (or more) to even think about buying this. And when we're talking about this big of an investment, the person building it is going to want something that THEY designed. IMHO, building something like this without a buyer lined up was a huge mistake.
Nobody can become financially successful over night. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part. Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking bold steps we need in other to reach our goals.
It is not always fear. Sometimes realistic factors discourage people from reaching their goals in life. For instance, I've tried investing in the stock market several times but always got discouraged by fluctuations of stock value.

It once happened to me, then I learned my lesson and contacted a US-based finance consultant by name SAMANTHA LEIGH WENTLAND and everything changed. Yeah, no one will touch that house for more than $120 million. The taxes would eat you alive if you paid more. I don't see anyone worth less than $40 Billion wanting to spend more on that house and have to incur the cost of taxes, maintenance, security, etc. That house is only worth $500 Million in this guy's head only.

The people you see spending cash like it doesn't matter are the same people who a decade later you hear are flat broke and filing for bankruptcy.
