However, during the replacement of the roof at this Dunkin' Donuts location, we retained the non-operating AC unit at the owner's discretion. Unfortunately, this decision led to leaks through the unit, prompting multiple visits for repairs. Finally, the decision was made to remove the AC unit. Addressing these leaks is paramount for Dunkin' Donuts, as they pose a liability risk to customers. With the removal of the AC unit, this Dunkin' Donuts location will soon be leak-free.
