- KINGSTON, Jamaica - He has spent almost all of his adult life as a horseman at Caymanas Park.
He was once a jockey, an assistant trainer, and now he is a conditioner of thoroughbreds.
He openly admits that he cannot envisage a life away from horses, away from the race track, having started to visit race tracks in Jamaica, at Boston in Portland, and Little Ascot in Old Harbour, St Catherine, at an early age.
He is Joseph ‘Sardie’ Thomas.
Thomas shares his Lifetime Narrative with Quickgallop.com, and its CZcams Channel - The Quick Galloper.

Big up mi family.Real Thomas real Portlander. Many more winners to come. Fahrenheit didnt come out of his stall for 16 days .Hurricane Gilbert catch him on the farm and he was loose and wild .He was brought to pig city and given to a groom called Bow Zow.I was the one who was able to get him out of his stall. V.Robinson aka Chicken Back was the first jockey who exercise him and told us that he was a very good horse. On his first day with Maurice exercise plate and all he was beaten by a short head by Shauna's Choice with Gary Chicken Williams in E class then he chalked up a winning streak straight to B class before he lost a race..
Good comments. Thanks for watching and commenting.
True speaking Mr Thomas, these horses are really frail nowadays first time I used to enjoy races more than now . Blessings bro...
