I think despite bad writing, Goku in gt was bit more mature than his super counterpart. Though gt did have its own share of slapstick humor
Definitely not more mature. Unfortunately, changing his body to a kid did not help in maturing his mind. Maybe after achieving Super Saiyan 4, but Shadow Dragon Arc Goku really shows his progress in GT.

35:04: you were probably already told before but the reason Future Goku couldn’t be revived was because he passed away naturally. The Dragon Balls can only revive those who were murdered. I always saw it as Shenron/Porunga seeing it as unfair that someone was murdered before they could have a fulfilling life and would happily give them another chance at life. Those that die naturally however would be seen as violating the natural order of things. While life is precious it must have an end to have any real meaning. We can “live” because we know we have an eventual end.

I think the gravity fluctuates in the hyper bolic time chamber here's what i found on Google
The gravity in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber living area is described as being "different", though it seems to not be much higher than Earth's gravity of 1g. Alternatively, the gravity of the training area outside the living area is 10g but would the 100x stack with the 10g since earth only has 1?

Frieza does not have a 5th form only cooler has shown a 5th form in the movie revenge of cooler the only 2 forms that frieza has gotten above his 4th form is his Golden Form which is an entirely new form. And his new "Black Frieza" Form he doesn't have the official 5th form cooler has been able to gain you should read the manga and watch the movies my friend if you don't like it then don't watch 😉
His first form is his base form, his second form is the king cold form, the 3rd form is the form he fought piccolo with, his final form is his 4th form and technically his 5th form is golden freeza
