we never got a offical multiplier for the form so any fan theory multiplier doesn't really count as the offical powerup for the form let alone UI is as strong as the story needs it to be that's how powerscaling as changed but thanks!

it was always a form as soon as goku got it. Ressurection F arc tried to treat it as a technique to make it seem special but pretty much as soon as Goku tapped into it it was just another multiplier form and he still gets hit by attacks

it was always a form as soon as goku got it. Ressurection F arc tried to treat it as a technique to make it seem special but pretty much as soon as Goku tapped into it it was just another multiplier form and he still gets hit by attacks
