My Top Sneaky stamp (and obligatory CGP Grey t-shirt) arrived in the mail! Now, my notebooks are marked with their appropriate sneaky level! As a (very) minor gripe, the ink pad and the stamp are nearly precisely the same width, making it neigh impossible to fully ink the stamp without perfect alignment, a bit of fidgeting, and a heaping tablespoon of finger-crossies, lest I end up with a document labeled "TOP EAKY". If the pad were just a smidgen wider, all of my sneakiness could be so much more consistent. Love the stamp. Much sneaky in my future.

Anything not made by a big company will always be steep. But it’s for messing around with and keeping documents secret so its just ur balance of fun made and cost. £50 is probably what he *needed* to make in order to make a profit (which he needs to make in order to pay the dudes that actually make the stamps)

"CZcams merch" products like this are all always overpriced and not "a good value", but they are about supporting the creator as a non-advertising revenue stream in exchange for a small trinket.

I was a TA in Physics at one time grading labs. The most common problem was that students would have trouble with significant figures in lab report calculations. It was common enough that I had a Sig Figs stamp made to save writing it so often.

The price is what it is. Many forces cause a price to be set where it’s at. We don’t really know what the cost is but I’m going to guess it’s much higher that we might think. The quality I’m guessing should be very high, I have a hard time believing cgp gray is going to charge 10x for cheep $5 junk stamp. And of course there is economies of scale shipping and possibly import export costs if manufactured in a foreign country, labor costs and you have to pay someone to physically ship one item at a time to your house and book keep who was shipped what (unless you think cgp gray has access to slave labor). This is all to say it’s a complicated mater to make something and sell it. And I don’t expect for cgp gray to sell it at a loss to us. I can’t afford the stamp my self and that makes me a little sad. But to say it’s too expensive to buy a toy feels a little odd to me.

I think his upload schedule is absolutely fine. Even if some videos are more of an opinion-piece instead of a fact cannon, I enjoy all of them. You might not like the stamp, but I am sure somebody does. All in all, stop complaining. Especially if you are not a patron.
