His heartbeat training just is so cool to see I tried doing just constant 30 min circuits last summer and man that stuff makes you feel on top of the world I only used a pull up bar his circuit would have me sore for 2 weekz

Is it just me or does trevor make me perform better at whatever im doing. I hear, "keep that, keep that" and my mowing lines are straightest of all time. Another time i was doing drywall and I barely had to sand it after. :-). Some people just got that gift. Love the series gents!

I met Mr.Gaethje at a restaurant on my birthday a month ago! He was incredibly nice as well! Easily my favorite fighter and athlete in general so I was so hyped when I saw him, I was just saying in my head,"Fighting out of this corner" haha I didnt want to bother him. I didn't realize he had a youtube this is awesome! Ive never been to a ufc event but man I hope I can see one of his fights in person one day. Very inspiring thank you!

Justin is an all time great Big Fan !! One thing I've observed in his fights is he doesn't change the tempo of the fight when he gets hit, even Pourier goes for a takedown sometimes when he gets hit to recover. That is something I would love to see from Justin.
