Tbh, it's just a failed arg, it's not some pedo ring cult or some shit, maybe someone in their marketing team thought the fucked up CP video was creepy and then posted it without searching the origin of it. It's disappointing to see that this arg just became an internet "rAbBiT HoLe" just because someone fucked up the project.

I ended up going to online war with them. Have all the screenshots. Was crazy....let the 3 letter agencies know from my , at the time, big twitter account to expose look into, shut down them. Within a month they were gone forever.

Making illegal content look like an ARG would be a genius way to hide in plain sight. The more people think it's fake the less likely it is that someone will report it to authorities.
Watching cp under the guise of being a vigilante investigator is pretty smart but disgusting at the same time. You can't investigate it and edit out the sick stuff at the same time though. It is a real grey area. The fbi investigators see this shit all the time and If they don't want to see the bad parts some it guy has to censor it.

Small side note: I'm kinda fascinated by true crime stories, and having seen...basically stuff like this, some actually detailed on tv shows about actual human trafficking, I'm virtually certain it's real and "world corp" was the front for their operations. Not going too deep into it but I watched a show a week ago that basically had something like this, only less "internety" because it was a "magazine" or chain letter from the 1970's. Same feel though.

The description of the video that SOG found was so harrowing to me, it wasn't even that graphic but with just the little information I have (the boy screaming and the whole bag on head and shorts thing), my mind started to wander and the entire idea of it made me fucking sick to my stomach, people who do that kind of thing deserve nothing but endless suffering, and the fact that we live in a world where it would be illegal for me to track them down, and mercilessly kill them is a great injustice to me, as they deserve nothing less than that.

When you mentioned the "Fatherhood" videos I felt my heart fucking drop. I had the extreme unfortunate pain of seeing that. It was so gross and I hated every second of it. It made me feel immense pain and sympathy for the poor boy and a deep hatred for the man.

Agreed; they probamly can't be reformed but therapy can help. The abused usually ends up becoming the abuser in this situation (based on various caught criminals who spoke up about being abused as children) and it's stomach churning.
An arg used a lot of poor choices when editing together spooky video from some very awful dark web content. When it came out that one of the videos involved a real video that depicted child abuse, the guy got spooked on how that might come back on him and he pulled the plug.

The video I picked had like an hour or so of compiled music, and I remember making note of the ones I liked. I saw a few with the name worldcorp. Today, this video was in my recommendations.

So Iâm pretty sure the whole story is something like this:
Worldcorp finds some sort of fucked up, creepy videos on /x/ (I say this because the people behind it are definite 4chan users) and decides to chuck them into their eerie, vaporwave-rap groups videos. Eventually they find out about people getting freaked out and play along to build up their music. Eventually they drop Worldcorp after the CP shit comes out, and move on to where I am *pretty sure* they are now - the rap group âAutistic Boys Money Clan.â Exact same aesthetic, same voices, hangs out with the same people, etc. I think Mutahar went into this in his vid, so definitely check that out if you want more info.
I 100% believe they didn't know the source material was that bad or at the time didn't care until things got too much negative attention.

Learning about things like CP actually makes me feel like I want to die. Knowing that some of the most innocent, vulnerable people in the world are subjected to unimaginable horrors for some monsterâs entertainment, and that no matter what anyone does it wonât be possible to save all the victims or prevent it from happening completely, just breaks me.
Unfortunately I found the entire video and audio. Not because Iâm some sicko but I was genuinely intrigued. The poor kid in a boiling hot shower with some bloke banging on the plastic with what seemed a broomstick demanding to be called âdaddyââŠquite bizarre. It did stick with me for months afterwards. But whatâs worse is other comments below the video stated that the one posted was not the full video. The ending to the full video showed the kid dead on the floor with a plastic bag wrapped around his head. Again, it might not be true but it was frightening.

I can tell you from personal experience that it never really goes away, you just have to learn to deal with it enough to function through your day. It's been almost 20 years since I got out of a bad situation, and I'm still working through things.

Even in the 99% chance case that worldcorp didn't make those videos, it is absolutely disgusting and downright evil of them to use those videos to promote their music. The worldcorp members should face justice.
What's the difference between a CZcams commentary channel uploading the clip and taking it down vs the WorldCorp using it but also taking it down? They deleted the content just like the scare theatre did. They both used it as a source of entertainment content for people. Do you think even nexpo deserves to be punished for even mentioning the video, considering he's directly telling people they can go find it? Be reasonable. There's no legal issue here unless the actual abuse is shown. No one needs to be punished and that's not how anything works.
@@LaLavaneko Possessing child abuse content is a crime. The fact that worldcorp uploaded it in the first place means they downloaded that material, therefore they can be held accountable.
On the topic of Nexpo, you've already answered that one yourself; he didn't show the content, and didn't support it, so no crime was committed. Telling someone that something bad exists is not a crime.
@CHRB-nn6qp so what about scare theatre and the other ones who used it for entertainment value? By nexpo telling people the name of the content and where to find it he's directly driving views to people who do have access to it and post it. He's promoting it. The fact that world corp deleted the content means even if they did use it, they're only to be held accountable if you treat the shock horror channels that used it in the same fashion.
@@LaLavaneko Scaretheater didn't know the source of the content, and therefore can legally defend himself. Worldcorp used the content for shock value, being all mysterious, and claimed that they knew it was real, therefore it is much more difficult for worldcorp to defend themselves.
I will admit that Nexpo telling his audience that the content exists is irresponsible, but he didn't show the content directly. Would you report someone to the authorities for saying that CP exists?

I'm somewhat convinced that the creators of Worldcorp may have found the doctored footage on accident, and decided to use it for their art project, without real knowledge of how heinous it was. From what I hear, they're still semi-active, despite it all, when...If this was real, I feel like they'd go COMPLETELY underground...Right? Besides, if Silvagunner can make a video with bits of the same videos on his channel, without realizing, it's possible that a pseudo ARG, promoting music, could have the exact thing happen to them, as well

I wouldn't be surprised if Worldcorp was an ARG that fizzled out and the ARG creator just pulled random "creepy" videos, BUT when the news about the video's possible origins came to light, the creator decided to delete the ARG's online content in a scorched earth method.
That's my thought on this as well. They may have stumbled across it in an archive they thought was created for burgeoning artists and decided that it was just disturbing enough in the first couple of minutes to fit their lineup and added it to their videos. If that were me, I would be razing the entire site as well, why let that sit there and allow other people even more access to such terrible and disgusting material?
But on the other hand, as another commenter below mentions, it would be the perfect place to hide something like that if all the other videos are just innocuous enough to make someone consider that video to be a fake as well.

I think worldcorp was meant to be an edgy ARG and they lifted creepy/shocking content from online but they deleted the account after discovering that the one video was of real abuse but thatâs just speculation
I think so as well, but whether or not they filmed it doesn't matter much. They still went looking for those nasty vids and choose to upload them, despite the fact that children got hurt in the making of them

The way I see it it's possible that Worldcorp was simply an ARG gone wrong.
Perhaps they found the video of the kid, thought it was creepy, didn't research it's origins and decided it was a good idea to use it in their art thing not realising what they had was actually really fucked up.
I don't know, it just seems odd to make all these social medias accounts, a website and look for credit from other channels if you are doing something illegal.

Yeah, I donât think this video properly sells the striking (and in my mind far likelier) story of some edgy cult-rap kids sourcing footage for their âdark, dystopianâ ARG from a seedy corner of the internet they were probably thrilled to have found and only realizing once it was too late that they mightâve made their art out of something legitimately heinous. I canât imagine what that must feel like, and Iâm not sure I want to keep trying.
@@Champiness Well, I don't know about you but I would probably come out to publicily explain what happened and apologize for it. Though then again ARGs rarely break out of character and it would ruin any other work they would have done before hand. I'm not sure staying quiet is much better.

This just adds to their obsession with adding footage of exploited young people into their supposed ARG... even if they were just a game, this is a disturbing pattern and in bad taste.

The point is that WorldCorp used a lot of material connected to young people being exploited and that is wrong and suspicious. I've come across both videos on CZcams, the screaming and the other one which is much more graphic. It's atrocious to even watch without sound and just think. You can see by the body language that it is, indeed, real.... The angst in the first video; the boy visibly shaking with terror in the second part. It hits me so deep in the gut and mind because of how empathetic I can be, yet not to even experience it; but I can just feel it, envision it... God, or whatever you believe in, even if it is just yourself, please save us all...

@@smwfreak1647 In the videos you can't actually see what's happening to the kid because he's in a shower and the quality is shit also it's also in a dark room with only flashlights illuminating the room. But basically like i said there's a kid in a shower you can't exactly see him since he's behind the glass shower door so you can only see his siloutte, outside the shower there's 2 men with flashlights yelling all kinds of shit at him, meanwhile the kid is screaming his fucking heart out and sounds absolutely terrified. This is basically the jist of the videos, like I said nothing is shown happening to the kid but the reason the videos got so much attention is because of the kids screams. He sounds so fucking terrified, it's heartbreaking. There's absolutely no way those screams aren't real.
I've heard the SFW clips through youtube digging. And they are so disturbing.. beyond words.. easily the roughest content I have ever found on youtube. I wouldn't dare try to find the full videos that aren't censored. But the audio is tormenting. For days before bed my mind raced of images of tortured children. Seriously disturbed content. Before you try to find the video out of curiosity, Iâm going to mention that people can, in fact, get traumatized through video. People watching videos of violent death begin fearing what caused it- for example, drowning or shooters, and can be affected for life. You have no idea what hearing the suffering of an abused child will do to your psyche unless youâve already been made aware. Iâve experienced fairly mild trauma in the grand scheme of things, (even keeping in mind it was in real life) but I still constantly wish I could have the mind I did back before everything went wrong. I know youâre curious, but someday, you might see or experience something youâll regret being present for- please try to delay that moment as long as humanly possible.
