4:30 Mate, I’ll help you out, the rhythm you’re talking about is named “dembow”, it’s a signature drum pattern in lots of music from the Caribbean and Latin America, especially Puerto Rican Reggaeton

I think the rhythm is also used in afrobeat cos a lot of British pop music has had a lot of afrobeat songs in the charts and now a lot of artists are using that drum pattern in the last ten years
