Epic Egyptian music about a desert phoenix soaring in the air, flames raging around it. This music I composed is called Desert Phoenix. I hope you enjoy listening to it!

Yes, this one was one of my fastest pieces of music. I was going more for the soaring phoenix feel than the Egyptian desert one. That's probably why it was so fast. :D

Yes, it is. I used what's called the Phrygian Dominant Scale, which is similar to the regular Phrygian Scale. The main difference is that the third note of the scale is sharped.

You stand and behold the sight, out of the ashes rises the great fire-bird in all its might and glory. It lights up the night with blazing colors as it flaps its wings the size as your arm! This truly was a sight to behold!

For instance, if a piece is called "Secret Forest", I'm expecting something mysterious, somewhat calm, and soothing. I hope you all agree that if I'd named this piece that instead of Desert Phoenix, it would be a disaster. :D

It is very different from other ancient Egypt music, it lack the sense of mysterious feeling about ancient Egypt. However, the music itself is really positive and makes me want to sing along with it.
