    A beginners question here. What benefit does adding the camera bring please?

      You can use the Composition it self for positioning, but then you have to connect other layers to it so they move together. With camera used, you will have to just turn all layers to 3D layers without connecting them to any composition. So both ways work fine :)

    I tried to create but ball is not going exactly along the path. It is going either above or below the line. What to do? Please help.

      Maybe you missed something in the tutorial, make sure you are following the tutorial accurately.
