Can I ask what did you use for BG? It look noisy
It is a gradient ramp. You have to add some noise to avoid color banding. Especially when your video is compressed.

i dont really get the loop right... how did you get the loop? mine was keep on chopping...
Nevermind I got the loop going, basically just have to make sure it starts and end in same composition. Graphic Design 101.
