  • Recovery matters more than loading after 40 because it's always THE NEXT SESSION that counts, and if you're not recovered for your NEXT SESSION - guess where you're going?
    It's hard - I know.
    Ending when there's so much left in you - I know.
    Feeling "old" - I know.
    It's sucks...
    Until, some younger athletes ask your advice, hear what you have accomplished, and look at you with an "I want to age exactly like THAT!" look.
    Then, it's all worth it.
    Now you know!
