Charlie comes back to the real world, dude.
For those of you wondering what's happening, our dashing young hero Pim fostered a homunculus for Charlie to come back through.
They shove the Charlie worm in him to bring him back to life
I think the confusing part for me was the end - the angels of death are in he background, the lighting is dark, and death metal is playing. Even with the other characters around him, it seems as much like Charlie is waking up in hell as he is reincarnating from the worm.
That being said it was still kinda neat, just unclear.

Shredder from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was killed in the first issue, but was brought back in a magic ritual that involved a pile of space worms that had consumed his DNA.
This one made no sense honestly, and these bumper IDs don't really represent/match the tone of the show well
