Is it true that new construction in Mckinney is pretty much non existent under 400k? Before I ran into your videos we were told 500k starting for anything new in Mckinney and surrounding areas. Thought eastridge and southridge had new homes under 400k but is it no longer the case? So many videos on YT showing homes for 300k--400k but maybe just click bait. Would love a real honest answer for someone who is seriously considering moving to the area.

Yes, the last time I checked, which was last week Eastridge and Southridge still had homes in the 300 range. Those are on the outliers of McKinney though anything inside McKinney proper is going to be in that upper price point
There’s also another community white wing that’s technically it’s Princeton but it’s up in that area that you could look at
Or we could go a little bit south into Farmersville and look at the Lake Haven community. There’s some great options in there as well.

250 no not really. Depending on how far out on the outside of the metroplex you are willing to go and how big you need you might could make it happen for about 300. but realisitically we are in the 350+range most likely

Yes I don’t know about Forney being the next Top Community. South Forney is being built up but North Forney doesn’t have a good reputation.

I think they are trying to do what they can to change that. I think a lot of what is going on with the school district and the OC is a big driving factor of what’s pushing people out there.
