      @FLAutoCare  Před rokem +1

      Yes it will. If not it will think it's still slipping or what ever the issue Is

    I watched this vid to see how to get to the torque converter nuts. I'm doing a 2013 3.5 ecoboost 4wd and the turbo stuff really blocks access to that plastic cover. The y even have a heat shied over it. Yours looks fairly accessible. Did you have to remove anything on your 2015 besides the exhaust ?

      @FLAutoCare  Před 7 měsíci +1

      No that I can remember..the access was easy on mine I haven't seen any other design that u can remember. Sorry I can help on that question

      @@FLAutoCare Thank you for the reply. I watched your good video the night before I had to remove the transmission on a 2013 3.5 ecoboost. 4×4. So FYI I learned on that engine after I took the starter off there is a little plastic cover above it over a hole that gives access to the torque converter nuts.

      Was it hard to put it back in? I’m gna try to do this by myself no lift just have the truck raised up as high as I can. Also have you ever done a rear main seal job on these 2.7 eco boost on a f150?

    What process would you recomend just to be able to get to the flywheel and replace it? Could i get away with just pushing it back without needing to drop it?

    • @FLAutoCare
      @FLAutoCare  Před 9 měsíci

      Yes, there should be enough space

    I’m going to replace my transmission myself on my 2015 F150 5.0L 4x4 , when hooking it back up do you need to adjust anything or is it just plug and play?

    • @FLAutoCare
      @FLAutoCare  Před rokem

      Yeah, it should be just plug and play. i don't remember doing anything else

      I appreciate the reply Idk if your familiar with the model truck I’ve got 17 3.5 ecoboost and I dropped a socket in where the crankshaft sensor is hidden you think you id have a chance in fishing it out with a magnet or would I have to pop it open to remove it?

    • @FLAutoCare
      @FLAutoCare  Před rokem

      If your lucky you should be able to , but worst case you probably will have to
