- This video describes the 3-Wheeled Basic Rider Course (3WBRC). The 3WBRC was introduced in 2011 due to the increasing popularity of three-wheeled motorcycles and the unique safety characteristics and handling of these vehicles compared to two-wheeled motorcycles. The 12-hour course includes four hours of classroom instruction and eight hours on-bike instruction, conducted in a parking lot. The course is currently being offered in Butler, Lehigh and York counties.
Get more information about the 3WBRC, including locations and registration information, at www.PAMSP.com.
Not all 3 wheelers drive CAN AMS. I drive a 2003 Electra Glide with a Voyager trike conversion kit. Also, Harley Davidson builds a FREE WHEELER. These vehicles though also 3 wheelers have different riding charactgeristics.
I wish there was such a course here in milwaukee for trikes
david gray Look up on the Can-Am website for classes in your state. They’ve got them in about all states, and by the end you’re set. A trip to the DMV for an update to your license is all you’ll need (unless you’ve already got the M).
What about sidecars?
What is the number to sign up for this location to take the course ?

The Total Control 3 Wheel Riding Clinic (Total Control 3WRC℠) is a hands-on, step-by-step course designed to teach experienced motorcycle or 3-wheel vehicle riders the physical and mental skills necessary to ride safely on the street. The course is conducted in one day and includes both classroom and on-cycle instruction.
Students may provide their own 3-wheel vehicle, proof of insurance and protective riding gear. Students that meet evaluation standards at the end of the course receive a completion card and their Class M license with a “9” restriction. This restriction prohibits operating a 2-wheeled motorcycle.
Triglides no where close to a can am
wheels in front
Quite true...I wish there was more info on correct riding technics for the Triglide/ Freewheeler and other single front wheel motorcycles. Turns and curves are completely different to navigate from either 2 wheelers or 3 wheelers with two wheels steering.
Rascal scooter with one rear wheel missing.
Lol that intro... can-am has a Rotax engine. Sounds NOTHING like that.
Can-am "trike" is different from trike with single front tire and two rear.
I guess some training is better than none even if it is for a can-am.
