In 2016, the U.S. Energy Information Administration projected for its "base case" that world nuclear power generation would increase from 2,344 terawatt hours (TWh) in 2012 to 4,500 TWh in 2040. Most of the predicted increase was expected to be in Asia. As of 2018, there over 150 nuclear reactors planned including 50 under construction. In January 2019, China had 45 reactors in operation, 13 under construction, and planned to build 43 more, which would make it the world's largest generator of nuclear electricity. As of 2021, 17 reactors were reported to be under construction.

Does this channel make these documentaries, or are these old documentaries that you obtain somewhere? Just curious. I just found this channel and really like it.

We license documentaries from filmmakers and distributors and we also produce in-house. Comparable to what Neflix does, if you will.

A president announce nuclear power.. asking in who’s pit him into place.. it would be great of we could recycle or try to re-vent it..

Of course we had to focus on Japan. We had to atone for our sin for what we did to them. Yes it ended the war, but they were a country in need, and the U.S. made the right decision to teach them that anything nuclear can be used for good as well. Great documentary.

As usual Canada is not mentioned. In Ontario about 50% of our power is from nuclear. You can't cover up all the farm land with solar panels. And these wind mill things cost millions each and there is concern that infra sound from these wind mills damage the health of people living nearby.

Am sure all them soldiers and servicemen from USA and uk who suffered at the hands of the Japanese in the Second World War especially on the death march, were not concerned how the Japanese publics feelings were over atomic power 👌👌👌👌
