Best line, "burnt is a flavor, its like seasoning". Thank you for the review, just ordered one.
Hope you enjoy it! And yes, burnt is my specialty. LOL
Just bought this, this video was helpful. Thank you! 😊
Glad it was helpful! I love my rice cookers, fast, easy and I don't burn dinner.
Thank you for sharing.
I just purchased when this is my first time trying hope it works out
I love mine...it is so nice to have rice that isn't burned. LOL
Great Video!!!!!
Thanks!
😂i too walk away and than oh crap would love to see you maybe do cooking in these appliance another great video
That walking away will get us every time. LOL
I would cook more, but I'd plan better...I can't eat enough. LOL
You can make mac and cheese in rice cooker too. Rice pudding are two of the things I make.
I haven't tried that...I also want to try making a cake in a rice cooker.
I just purchased the 6 cup for my son he just moved in to his apt dorm and am waiting for it. It looks like u can at least cook one cup of rice and steam something simultaneously.
I am finding out that you can make all kind of things in a rice cooker. Be great for a dorm.
You gave a great very fair review! I own one of this model and the micro mini 1.5 cup one. You should let others know that this small appliance is not a "One Trick Pony" sort. I make most of my own meals that don't require huge wattage to make my daily meals. Including Ribs, Pasta, Swedish Meatballs, etc. Plus don't forget rice too!
Thanks for the info!
Oh wow, that sounds great. My kid keeps telling me to get a rice cooker. This one is not expensive and looks like it will do multiple things for me. Thanks!
I didn't learn anything from your video. My question about the rice cooker is do I use boilinbg water to start it off? How much water do I use? I have used boiling water and my rice is hard in the bottom.
No boiling water, just your regular temp water.
Make sure your lid is on.
Mine makes rice perfect every time.
Maybe you got one that is faulty and doesn't heat up.
One language is french! 😊
Hello here’s a way to remove the burnt taste from the rice… take an onion cut in half make a pocket in the rice to fit the onion and let sit for 10-15 mins burnt flavor gone! Trust me it works
WHAT? You mean I didn't have to eat yucky burnt flavored rice all those years?
My cooking skills are below standard...way below. LOL
I had a B&D rice cooker. It was good for it purpose but it died right after 2 years.
Oh no...I don't like when they die.
I'd either have to get another one or go back to burning rice. LOL
my crock pot just died after a year of use im buying another one and one of these rice cookers as a backup. they really dont make things like they used too especially if you use it daily.
