It gets windy in my area - do you have a suggestion to connect that bottom of the umbrella to the pvc pipe so it doesn't take off in the wind LOL
I saw another video where the person used a pipe connector piece. It stayed on the lower stand section, and then you could tighten it around the umbrella pole when inserted into the lower pipe.

Beautiful! My only concern is, would it fly away? Since it seems very light.
I want to do one like this but am concerned with the lack of weight. All my other planters have flown away if they don’t have massive amounts of sand in them
Hi Melanie! I guess it depends how windy it gets where you live. We don't get too terrible of windy days, so I've never had an issue with it tipping over!
